2. Include fresh food in your diet
If losing your weight is your goal for the new year, then focus on the need to reduce your diet by focusing on what you should add. Instead of putting more fresh fare (such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts) on your plate, remain committed to taking things away. If it is a combination instead of a takeaway, then you repeatedly repeat the positive behavior until it becomes a second nature.
3. Regularize Your Sleep
