Handle Your Stress in 7 Steps – Let’s Healthy
Feeling Stressed? Here are seven simple tips to get out of stress:
1.Sit on a comfortable, very soft chair, so that you can keep your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
2.Keep your hands gently on your stomach, just below your ribcage.
3.Ready to take a breath? Expand your stomach, breathe through your nose. When you do this right, you will feel that your hands will move a little.
4.Do not keep your breath off. Open a little mouth. Gradually contract your stomach, gently exhale your breath out of your mouth.
5.Repeat it for a few minutes. Especially try not to think of anything. If thoughts revolve in your mind, then let them wander back. Do not try to get stress out of your body – just let it go.
6.Practice it for several minutes each day. Work for about five or 10 minutes after sitting.
7.Do this once a day. If something is stressing you, then do this deep breath until you feel calm for a few minutes.
