During the winter months we want to naturally hibernate more, sleep more, and stay warm and comfortable. The body does not like losing body fat or does not spend much energy this time of year. The possibility of working well at any other time of the year is less likely to work in the cold weather months and we need to adjust and learn to nurture ourselves more. Making a step for better health is a terrific goal, but we do not need to stress unnecessarily on our body, which can be stressful time (holidays, dark days, cold weather) already before the year.
